Cherokee Parkside Cottage is located in the vibrant Grant Park neighborhood, one of Atlanta’s oldest and most historic districts. With Grant Park right across the street, you’ll have easy access to jogging trails, picnic spots, and the Atlanta Zoo. The neighborhood is also known for its beautiful tree-lined streets, historic homes, and a wide range of dining and entertainment options.
You’ll be just minutes away from The BeltLine, Ponce City Market, and downtown Atlanta, where you can explore popular attractions like the Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Centennial Olympic Park.
Parking:
We prefer that you use the street parking directly in front of the home. However, if you choose to park in the driveway on the right side of the house, please pull your car as far to the left as possible. The driveway is shared with the neighbor, and we want to ensure their property boundaries are respected at all times.
The house offers a comfortable layout with three bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding tub and separate shower.
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with plush linens.
The third bedroom, located in the stylish upstairs loft, is furnished with a queen-sized bed and has its own private bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked and comes equipped with modern appliances, a gas stove, and ample counter space for preparing meals.
The living area includes a smart TV for entertainment, and there’s a separate dining area that comfortably seats six.
From downtown Atlanta,
take I-20 East and exit at Boulevard.
Continue down Boulevard until you reach Cherokee Ave SE.
The house is located directly across from Grant Park, and there’s ample street parking available.
Parking: Free street parking available directly in front of the home.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional pet fee.
